By entering the LJB Studio website you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of use. Your access to, use of services and placement of an order online indicates your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Client Responsibility

  • The client shall make clear in writing before project commencement, if any portion of the project is confidential.

Rights and Ownership

The client shall be entitled to full ownership and copyright of all approved final artwork created during this project upon full payment of the agreed fee, and the following reproduction rights shall be granted: 

  • Client gains full transferable rights to the final artwork. 

  • Client gains full license to reproduce artwork through commercial printers.

LJB Studio shall be entitled to the following reproduction rights: 

  • LJB Studio reserves the right to display final artwork as part of work portfolio. 

  • LJB Studio reserves the right to photograph all completed designs or installations, to use for publications, or any other promotional purpose.



  • Quotes are estimated on the specifications given by the client. Any significant changes to the brief or additional amends will be estimated prior to any additional fees being incurred.

Start of Project

  • The client is required to make a 50% down payment prior to work commencing, which is non‑refundable. Once received, the project will then be scheduled in.

End of Project

  • Invoices are issued upon completion of the project. The remaining 50% is due within 30 days.

Late Payments

  • If the full payment is not paid within 30 days, a ‘late payment’ fee will be charged at a 5% rate of unpaid invoice, along with a fixed sum for the cost of recovering a late payment under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. This initial 5% will be added upon each recurring 30 day period until the full amount has been received.


  • If for any reason the project is cancelled after work has started, a cancellation fee based on the stage of projects completion shall be paid by the client, and I retain ownership of all copyrights to the artwork.

Minimum Charge

  • There is a minimum order charge of £60 per project for any type of work.

Rush Turnaround

  • If you require the artwork quicker than the standard turnaround time, a 30% ‘rush’ fee will be added.



  • I may contract other creative professionals to provide services s the project cost, the client will be notified and written permission is needed to proceed. Quotes will be valid for 30 days and full/part payment may be required prior to project commencement of these services.


  • Upon receiving the final print work, if there are any damages occurred during delivery, the client is required to notify LJB Studio within 24 hours and provide photographic evidence of the damage. This ensures the issue can be quickly dealt with and any problems resolved.
